Housing Bubble was a Pyramid Scheme

There is no question that today's financial crises came about from the housing bubble.
The housing bubble in my opinion is a form of pyramid scam. Each person tries to sell their house to the next one at a profit. Tthe problem comes when people realize it has to end.
Then the people at the end and the banks that lent them the money are in real trouble. this I call the pyramid housing scheme
