Exhibit 8a- "Bais HaT'kiyah" Inscription. This inscription was found on a fragment of stone wall that served as a protective barrier ("ma'akah") on the roof of some Temple building. In the Bais HaMikdash a cohain would blow the shofar to signal the onset of  Shabbos. The Inscription reads: L'Bais HaT'kiyah lhab/c(?)," for the Place of the blowing of the shofar of/to the ….."
