Things to consider about the camp fee.

Camp S'dei Chemed is a very extensive Israel program that does not hold back. We provide our campers with a beautiful campus and a full Itinerary covering the entire length and breadth of Eretz Yisroel. Our overnights are stayed at high class hotels and the meals we serve are full course American style. Our days are packed with activities and no day goes by without a full program, we don't just bring you to Israel we experience it.

Price Comparison
When you compare our price to other camps keep the following in mind. Our price includes the flight to Israel, a $1500 value (at this time in the summer). Our program is 5 and 1/2 weeks (we have found shorter Israel experiences don't give enough time for the campers to connect with Israel and create solid friendships that will last forever.)

We have designed our program to take place in mid summer so that parents don't have to find another camp meaning another expense for the remaining part of the summer. With some time to prepare and time after to rest up, the experience has proven very effective.

Scholarships
Fortunately the Jewish Federations are eager to sponsor campers that want to participate on an Israel summer program and help pay part of the price. They offer both merit and financial based scholarships. Through these scholarships the price for camp can be less than a summer in the US. But please apply early. Scholarships are awarded on a first come basis.
